Tim Hortons - Orillia

Very slow service for the nigh shift. I cant tell how many times i have come in for a coffee at night or a iced coffee, I wait usually a average of 10+ minutes just for a simple coffee and the cleanliness is just horrid. Garbage is always over flowing, Completely Dead , Behind the counter is destroyed by garbage and clutter , Floors are severely sticky and the staff wont clean. I made a comment after seeing a employee step over the garbage and kick it out of the way where she had the audacity to say We dont have time to clean at night , Dead store.. Zero customers and you dont have time to sweep and mop? non the less take the garbage out???Vegetarian options: Nothing.Dietary restrictions: Nothing.

I am a handy capped person, and the parking spot is nowhere close to the doors to get in and out.The automatic doors were not working.I got a decafe coffee and took the lid off to stir in a second sugar. The cup was not full. I was told that another pot would have to be put on if I wanted more in my cup.I would have liked to have the full cup that I was used to having. I was out of time and left with what I had.This one, too, had its faultsI'm not looking for perfection but consistency would be nice.

Actually quite a nice Tim Hortons (in a baddish neighborhood)

No cold brew available at 2pm, I left, no purchase today

Tho I don't visit this location often because it can be a bit sketchy sometimes, I wanted to leave a review for one of the staff (unfortunately I don't know their name). This staff is always joking with the customers and is always very positive. They have put a smile on my face on more than occasion and I really wished to recognize them.
