Contribuisci feedbackI think this is my 20th fish and chip review on tripadvisor and food is subjective, so just because I like it doesn't mean you will and vise versa.Small simple restaurant downtown that holds about 60 people. Good portion meal and the fish was cooked proper and the batter was crisp and evenly cooked, not too much batter. Fresh cut home fries are a must and they have them here. Tarter sauce is homemade and EXCELLANT. Good value for your money.parking on the roadfree Wi-Ficlean locationclean bathroomsdebit and credit cards accepted
I always go here! The fish is a good portion and so are the fries if you order it also; and who wouldn't? I am really picky on my tartar sauce and they have the best! The people are really nice great friendly service. If you are obsessed enough with the food they will remember your name and that's nice also!! Keep it up guys! You're awesome!
My wife and I were in Orillia last week to attend a concert and decided to have some fish and chips which we hadn't eaten in several weeks. We found Tor's while driving around and decided to try the eatery. We were not familiar with the restaurant as we had never been there but a patron "steered us to the Order & Pick Up Window". we placed our orders and were given a number and returned to our table. It didn't take long before our server was there with the 2 plates of Halibut & Chips which were piping hot. The meal was delicious and we are glad that we didn't order 2 pieces of fish as were very full and couldn't finish some of the fries. The restaurant is clean and in good condition and service is good. W would definitely dine there again.
Huge piece of fish with hot fries. Onion rings were delicious and not greasy. Halibut was thick and cooked perfectly. Generous portions and charming decor. Very friendly staff and great service. Clean and bright environment. Best lunch in Orillia!!!
Just like home, fish and chips are best in town. Plate is big so come in hungry, and they have malt vinegar!
