City Barbeque - Orland Park

I really enjoy the food at this restaurant. The smoked BBQ is my favorite, and it's the only type of BBQ I will eat. They also have delicious desserts. The staff and managers are excellent. One time, my order was missing something, but they handled the situation very well. That's not something you see often.

As a vegan, I typically do not give one-star reviews, but a friend who is like a mother to me recently had an accident at this restaurant and is now in a rehab facility trying to regain her ability to walk. Despite the circumstances, she still enjoys the food from this place. I decided to order lunch for her, even though I do not eat meat, out of respect for her. When I arrived to pick up the order, I was not greeted as a paying customer but rather treated like a delivery driver. While there is nothing wrong with being a delivery driver, they also deserve good customer service. I will not be picking up anything for anyone at this establishment ever again. It was a disappointing experience.

I decided to stop by this restaurant on a whim to have lunch with my dad. The service was quick and the food was delicious. There was a problem with one of the soda bottles I received, but they promptly replaced it with a smile. I will definitely return in the future.

This is horrible. How is this anything like the picture of the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich? The chicken was dry and so small. It was more of a chicken nugget. There was no coleslaw on the sandwich and just 1 pitiful pickle. You should beashamed. I paid $8.99 for this.

I wasn?t that impressed with my food from here. My brother recommended a brisket salad (he had it at the Park Ridge location). It was ok, I expected better. I also had a basket of fried pickles. They were very soggy, overly seasoned and the breading wasfalling off. Pickles should be individually fried not as a whole jar tossed in the frying pan. They were expensive too: $8 for aplatter. The chicken tenders were good though. This was my 2nd trip here. Last time I got ribs and there was barely any meat onthem. For $30 ribs, I would expect something better. Not sure if the two locations differ in how they prepare their food, butwe?re not going back any time soon. Also they forgot to add the bun I ordered with my chicken tenders.
