Jimmy John's - Orland Park

This has been the worst experience I've had at Jimmy John's in the past few months. Despite it being the closest location, the staff continually mess up my orders. Today was no exception. They couldn't even cut my sandwich in half properly, and the tuna was only on one side with not enough to spread across. They also forgot to add the extras I requested like jalapenos and onions. It's so disappointing that they can't simply follow what's written on the receipt. The management really needs to focus on training or bring in new management because something isn't working right now.

I love that this restaurant has remained unchanged since I was a child. The sandwiches are delicious and every bite is enjoyable. The jalapeno chips are my favorite!
