Jimmy John's - Orland Park

On 9/21/22 at 12 o'clock I submitted an order by doordash, which showed that this location accepted delivery orders. after my order I get a call from a white man who tells me they don't have a driver and I'd have to pick up my order. I am at work and my whole foundation to put the order by doordash is because the workers have not answered first. I told the worker, I would not be able to pick up this order, he said, then they need to call doordash customer service to get their money back, I said that there is job to cancel the order by doordash to let them know that they can not fulfill the order. I told the worker why they show that they accept delievery orders on doordash if they are not, he tells me that they “forget” to turn it off. I then telephone with the ignorant white female worker who shouts: “I don’t care if you get your money back, that’s not my problem,” she continued to hang in my face. I called back and got the name of the ignorant woman who is kayla when they even tell the truth. if this is how this place deals with problems I would never recommend to get someone even a free cup of water from them. the ignorant white woman must be fired as she speaks with the customers, I will make sure that I complain until they get rid of this legitimate ignorant woman. I hope she sees this, because I will call next sweetheart as a company.

This is now the second weekend in a row that I can't get a delivery from this location! Today, they opened late at 3:00 PM. Last weekend, there were no delivery drivers available. The customer service is terrible.

Yall got some miserable workers in there who wanna f up orders and not listen to changes. Mfs dont even say hello back

Food is great! But if you plan on getting delivery, you’re better off just picking it up. This store is not “Freaky fast”!

Not sure what is going on but this location is clearly having a hearing issue lately. The last month or so you have to repeat your order 3-4 times and they still get it wrong! You ask for no Mayo guess what you’re getting mayo! You ask for them to cut it in half, ya that’s not happening either. This has happened multiple times and I’ve had to stop them while making my sandwich to tell them things are wrong. With the amount of people behind the counter (6 or more) you think they could get it right.I would not trust this location to make your sandwich properly, especially for delivery.
