Mcalister's Deli - Orland Park

I absolutely love all the sandwiches from this restaurant. Their sweet tea with a hint of peach is simply delicious. I've also tried a couple of their salads, and they were outstanding as well. Overall, this place is fantastic, and every location is just as good.

I’ve been coming here for awhile now and let me tell you, I’ve seen some real improvement in service. Whenever that tall guy Marco works I have such a good experience. The other times, not too bad but a little longer wait time and no one makes conversation with me like he does! Thanks for being so friendly to us older people and for listening to me rant yesterday!

I really enjoy McAllister's, especially the one in Frankfort! However, my experience at the Orland location was disappointing. I ordered curbside, but no one came out with my order. I called twice, but no one answered. When I went inside to pick it up, my order wasn't even ready or started. I understand that many places are short-staffed, but they weren’t busy at all. The girl at the front was very sweet and apologetic, but this seems to be a management issue!

Service is always great! the ultimate nachos are AMAZING .. we tried the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant, and the black angus club both were so good, the chicken salad is flavorful and the perfect amount of stuff added to it!! def try new thingsevery time you go here u wont be dissatisfied

I absolutely love the Spicy Turkey Melt; it’s an excellent sandwich combination. Usually, I skip dessert, but I decided to try the new carrot cake this time. Can you say delicious until the very last bite?! It was also a generous portion—I could have shared it among four people!
