Noodles And Company - Orland Park

I normally love Noodles Co, and I’ve had it in multiple states but at this location the food lacked flavor and quality. My daughter is almost 3 and she wouldn’t eat her Mac n cheese until I put salt on it at home and her broccoli side was undercooked and still slightly hard. (She did love the rice crispy and the apple juice! My Japanese noodle bowl also lacked flavor with very little seasonings and the steak was very overdone and quite chewy. The udon noodles itself were ok there was very little sauce in the bowl which made the dish very dry to eat with the overdone steak. Basically the only thing I enjoyed with my bowl was the small baguette piece that I paid $1.75 for. I have no quarrel with the service the ladies were very nice, but the food 100% lacked the flavor and quality I have come to know and love at other locations, especially after spending $20+ for a lunch. I am frankly just disappointed and wish I ordered elsewhere.

Thought I would try this place for my lunch break. What a mistake. 30 minutes gone by and still didn't have food. Ended up having to leave with no food so I wasn't late. I'll go anywhere else on Lagrange from now on except

Paid for extra sauce barely got any.The dining area was too dirty and rolled up for closing to stay and dine.$17 for spaghetti and meatballs with extra sauce. Extra meatballs.

Staff was upbeat and friendly even though I came in ten minutes before closing, fast service and deliciousness shout out to the young lady who gave me my food with such politeness will come back again oh and it was very tidy so I appreciate it! Have a great night and thank you for best

Ordered online for pickup. The ladies working there were fantastic! They were clearly engaged, having a good night, and working hard. All team members were courteous upon my arrival-even though I was early for my order time. Order was perfect and delish! Thank you to the team working Tuesday evening!
