Noodles Company - Orland Park

The wait for Quick Pickup was quite lengthy. I placed my order about 10 minutes ago, and I'm still waiting for it. However, I do recommend this location. Harlem is a much better choice.

I've visited this restaurant many times, but recently, everything has been either served cold or incorrect. Despite this, I kept going back. However, today was the last straw. When I walked in to place my order, I was told they were short-staffed. I understand that finding and retaining staff is challenging right now. So, I patiently waited for my order to be taken—5 minutes passed, then 8, then 10. The employees there finished an order, bagged it up, placed it on the counter, and then vanished! I was left waiting without any updates. After three more minutes with no sign of help, I decided to leave. I won’t be returning to Noodles in Tinley Park. I'm done with this place!

Have ordered here for quick pick up a few times in this past month and the food was great and pick up time was correct. dine in experience was good too, not the cleanest feel but its clean. portions of extra sauce that I have ordered were VERY small, butother than that, this noodles and co is decent

The portions seemed much smaller than what we used to get, and the food was extremely hot—clearly indicating it had been microwaved. I ordered the cavatappi pasta while my husband chose a steak bowl. We had to wait for a while to let the food cool down because it was so hot. As we ate, we noticed that the noodles were overly wet, as if they had been soaking in water for quite some time. It felt like the items were pre-portioned in a bowl, and they just mixed whatever belonged to the dish you ordered. I was really disappointed with the portion size and the cheap presentation of the food. Not to mention, it didn't taste freshly prepared, and the microwaving really diminished the flavor. To top it off, they are still charging the same price—or even more—two years later. This restaurant is now off our list. There's no need for corporate to reach out; we simply won’t be returning. Thank you for saving me money!

I do not normally write reviews but, I ordered the chicken noodle soup and the Penne Rosa. I barely ate the Penne rosa as it tasted weird from the other times I have gotten it, and the noddle soup just tasted like water with chicken, the next day around5 am, I have gotten food poisoning from your food.
