Smashburger - Orland Park

The store was very clean and the manager Chanique on shift was wonderful and very helpful! I would totally recommend this location to my friends.

First time coming here spent around the normal for most places but the quality of food here is on point I'll definitely find myself coming

Consistently excellent food, especially the double bacon

We were going to order shakes, but were told that the shake machine was already closed for the night, despite it being two hours until closing. My partner and I ordered burgers and shared fries. His burger fell off the plate as she was bringing it out to our table, and she picked it up and placed it back on the plate as if nothing happened. My burger was charred completely on the bottom, and I ended up asking for a new one. New burger was fresh. Fries were stale and old. I would revisit Smashburger, but definitely a different location!

Service was a little slow and the burger and fries were good.
