The Brass Tap - Orland Park

I tried to go yesterday as it was our last night in the city, although everything online showed that it was open. The door was closed and no one was inside. I called the number and it was closed. Very disappointed, because I was really excited to try this place.

Not worth it. There was no one in the front to welcome us or tell us where we sit or what. there is sitting inside and outside so we were confused, what to do or if we could just sit, but as if we were getting service?? That was confusing2. My partner and I had looked the place online for the menu and had a few drinks in mind to try. When we arrived there, we ordered the drinks and the girl said that they would not serve these drinks, that they continue to tell the management to update the website, but nobody listens. Although I wanted a cocktail, I just ordered beer because it was super busy and didn't want to bother her. So the beer is very easy to order and get, but if you want a cocktail, you may or may not serve it!!! super confusing on what they do cocktail wise!3. There was an event outside so I understand that waiting a bit for the food, but we waited almost 3 hours!! This is right 3 HOURS for some sliders and Taters tots!!!!!!!!! They did nothing or offer a time only it will be done soon and they work on it. In the end, we just have to go.4 We were at the bar and while we talk and try to relax and have a beer the staff come and make cocktails 1. They talked crazy things about other customers, for example, a couple wanted to go because the food was waiting and somehow, although there was a 3 HOUR waiting, they did not understand why the couple wanted to cancel and leave the food. 2. Because they were busy, they always became ice and stuff on us while we sat down, which was annoying 3. The girls were friendly and nice, but low key make rude comments about things, e.g. the site not updated, which it somehow made unpleasant and unpleasant I sucked it management, but I am not there for you to vent to meSo although this place is literally a block from my place I will not come back. If you want a beer that is great, but don't hang up or get the food, it's not really this kind of space!!

The live music was the draw for my wife and I. The several brews were a hard choice, told the bartender what I drank in the past, she came back with a big brew. About the menu saw some interesting things, but we had just cooked a house meal. The staff was GREAT, I'd go back. Thank you. Brass tap.

Great grilled cheese! And wide selection of beers on tap and cans / bottles! Great service.

Food was decent. Beer was good. Lots of choices on tap. Lots of cans and bottles too. Bartenders were super friendly.
