The Cheesecake Factory Orland Park

I ordered curbside pickup and the turkey burger was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it! The cheesecake is also the best dessert I've had. The staff I interacted with over the phone were polite and wore masks for added safety.

This was my second visit to this restaurant in about 14 years, and my first time at this location. It was fantastic! The customer service was exceptional; my server, Megan R., was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable and recommended the most amazing drink. The food was delicious—I actually forgot to ask them to leave out the mushrooms, but everything was so tasty that I ended up eating them anyway (it was my first time trying them!). I will definitely be coming back.

Currently, there is no indoor dining available. However, the restaurant is well-organized when it comes to curbside pickup and walk-in orders. I’ve walked over from the mall to grab a couple of pieces of cheesecake and also ordered ahead for car pickup. Both experiences were positive.

I've been to 3 different ones and by far this one is the best. I absolutely loved the waiter he was funny, always asking if we needed anything without being pushy and friendly. I'll definitely be going here again. Also they do touchless menu so you do it on your phone.
