Applebee's Grill - Orlando

Dining at this restaurant feels no different from any other chain establishment. However, the food was enjoyable. I rated it 3 stars because the service was incredibly lacking. Expect to spend at least 2 hours just to secure a table, order drinks, receive your food, enjoy your meal, and finally get the bill. Good luck if you need a beverage refill—it's hard to get their attention!

I visited the restaurant on Tuesday at 3 PM. The food was hot, delicious, and the portion was generous. My glass was always filled with iced tea! The restaurant had a pleasant, quiet atmosphere and was clean. I definitely plan to return.

On July 12, I ordered dinner, it was my mom's birthday and wanted to try something different and saw the add on the TV. Pickup time was 6:00 pm. I walked in the restaurant 5:55pm. One other customer was at the bar eating. ALL of the workers were eating, NO ONE acknowledged me. I stood there for 20 minutes before the cook told me from the kitchen that someone will be with me. The floor was disgusting, I wonder how the kitchen looked. I was so disgusted that my family did not eat the food. We order from another restaurant. All the workers just eating laughing and did not bother to see who needs help. Where is the manager? The restaurant's floor is so dirty makes you want to vomit.

It was father day. we ordered chicken potatoes and chicken filets. The potatoes were bad and the chicken filets were not fresh. Potatoes full of oils and softs. Now we were fast. we did not leave a tip but thay did not charge them without authorization.
