Applebee's Grill - Orlando

Definitely the worst meal I ever ate from DoorDash, raw rice, not seasoned at all, full of water from the "grilled" chicken, just horrible, $30 bucks directly to the disposal!

Failed to put the chicken on the salad and failed to substitute the Caesar salad for the fries which were cold and soggy. The pretzels were also cold and hard .

The service is beautiful and the food is great! at some point here! oh and good music selection

On July 12, I ordered dinner, it was my mom's birthday and wanted to try something different and saw the add on the TV. Pickup time was 6:00 pm. I walked in the restaurant 5:55pm. One other customer was at the bar eating. ALL of the workers were eating, NO ONE acknowledged me. I stood there for 20 minutes before the cook told me from the kitchen that someone will be with me. The floor was disgusting, I wonder how the kitchen looked. I was so disgusted that my family did not eat the food. We order from another restaurant. All the workers just eating laughing and did not bother to see who needs help. Where is the manager? The restaurant's floor is so dirty makes you want to vomit.

3 strikes and you're out!2 years ago the waitress forgot about us while I was in active labor so luckily we had cash and walked out.Tried again a year later and the food was mediocre. Slow service, had to ask for the mexi ranch sauce for the fiesta lime chicken, rice was hard so we sent it back and husbands steak was too done. Swore this location off until my husband took his 2 kids there for Father's Day since it was 9pm after going to a theme park, against my liking. 2 steaks ordered medium were well done. The fiesta lime chicken was cheese and chicken only! They said they don't have the sauce anymore so it's dry! I don't understand what's up with this location but 3 strikes over a 2 year span says otherwise. We gave multiple chances and time to get better but seems it never will. Such a shame!
