Subway - Orlando

I was here with my family shopping at Orlando premium outlet, decided to have dinner at the food court, Subway very disappointed when the service. The staff is so lazy with who cares attitude .

They put someone else order in my bag. When I found it, I?ve already left Orlando. They should be more careful.

Says on Google open until 11, when you get there they are really opened until 9. And the clerk said he will close at 830pm because he is the only one there. A family got there before us at 8:15 so when we came in at 8:20 he told us to leave because the family would be his last order. Also, when we walked in while he was making the family's order he was also fighting with another couple who had just bought sandwiches there because they wanted to eat in the restaurant and he was telling them the dining room is closed. Very poor quality staff who constantly shews away customers. We visited on the evening of 5/6/2022. The place is an absolute joke and doesn't even want to be in business, just go elsewhere.

Stopped and got lunch here on the way out of town. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made a very delicious foot long sweet onion chicken teriyaki. Would visit again if in the area. Other than that it's just like any other subway. Just with great workers and smiling faces.

Excellent customer service, the restaurant is always clean and the food is always fresh, But for the only reason that I do not give it 5 stars is because this restaurant is always closing earlier than the established hours and it is very unfortunate to have to go thinking that it is open and it is closed.
