Food lasted more than an hour and we got an excuse after another that there were too many tickets in the kitchen, a language barrier among the staff, new management... the list goes on and on. We finally decided to go to our food and so it looked like I opened the boxes. It was obvious that the food was thrown together in the last minute and without attention to detail. I do not recommend this restaurant and will take my valuable time and money from now on.
Although not a five-star restaurant, it is an amazing diner in the value of a 5-star saute! My wife and I eat several times at Sweet Mama and will definitely return. We are treated with respect, courtesy and special attention to goodness. Meals are low price, with a huge selection. We feel safe in this restaurant and we like it because there is something for everyone in our family. Not too expensive, quick service and good food. We type how we feel our service and is, we have given many 30 and 40% tips, a few times 50% because the value, food and service is so good. ... and the staff looks good.
Despite our negative rating today, this place is becoming and should remain popular because it is the only Berkeley breakfast and lunch in East Orlando and young people were very happy to stay here (Thursday, 11:30). My husband was a short commission cook for one of the best diners in La Habra, CA, and he praised the bacon here. But today he said his pancakes and hash browns were sitting under a warmer or on the back of the grill. Tough, Gummy pancakes. He wouldn't eat the Hash Browns. My toast was mummy (see photo). Whoever cut it just smashes the knife through two slices under roasted bread, so it was 1/4? thick on the cut part. Homeries had no season and we were not sure if they were deep roasted or baked. My protein omelet was okay, but I had better with Bob Evans and even Dennys (see photo). Could it? ve uses a page of pico de gallo or something. My server (blue colored hair) was the best from the pile. She brought life to the place with her warm greetings and farewells. The two younger servers were printless, maybe challenged. My server heard I say no butter, no potatoes, please in grottos, because she said this is too healthy for me? But the younger servers brought me butter toast and breakfast potatoes. They corrected my order and brought me Grips. With tip we paid over $40 for breakfast and I don't think it was worth the price. Everyone had a long waiting time at the tables and stands. The couple complained to us because their food had come forever. Music was like Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, ?Don?t Stop Believing? Another One Bites the Dust.? Counter Service was fast! Two groups of college-aged children went to us, got eggs Benedict and other items quickly and quickly left. Maybe they should stop eating breakfast all day and focus on their lunch menu after 11:00 or maybe today was a free day. Our favorite breakfast in the area is The Cup.
Excellent! It was just me for breakfast in a few minutes. I have a big stand. Did the hash, cheddar, onion Omelette (hot and fast delivery) coffee (which was hot in a huge cup) the staff runs efficiently around, and there are many of them?. They are fast and friendly! Sweet Mamma?s wasted in a small shopping mall, my dentist is also here. If you are in the Nona region, this is a beautiful place for breakfast! Do you have a visit?
Large portions great flavor nice people. They have a lot of cure little things to look at. I found something that brought back childhood memories of sitting at the kitchen counter with my sister pouring milk out of the ceramic cow that they so happened to have a very similar one onto our cereal every single morning I had to snap a picture and sent it to her and she was equally as enthusiastic I found something so similar to what we had growing up. They actually found it in the back of our cabinets this week so it was perfect! Thanks for the wonderful experience.
