The Kitty Beautiful - Orlando

The staff and volunteers at this restaurant were amazing. The atmosphere was cozy, warm, and homey. The staff was kind and helpful. The cats at the restaurant were cute and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great time playing at this cat cafe today!! facility was clean, the cats were friendly and playful, and Jac was so educated on all of their furry friends they have for adoption! you can tell that the people who work here really love these animals. didn’t try anything from the cafe, but the cat shaped bread was adorable so maybe i’ll be back :

Went to the kitty beautiful for my girlfriend. While parking the car my gf went in and had to use the bathroom. She was told rudly she had to buy something in order to use the restroom. On top of that they charge you a 12 dollar entree fee. After paying 50 bucks for 4 people for 1 hour we went into a stinky smelly room, smelled putrid. When in the room one of the owners came in and started to go over some rules. While she was explaining I continued to explore the room they call a cat cafe. She rudly said sir can you come over hear and listen to me, I don 't have enough bandaids if you get scratched because you weren 't listening. Between the very poor customer service and gross environment I would never recommend this place to anyone, not even the people I hate. Zero out of five stars ?

We didn't have food there, but the people were the best and the cats were adorable! I had a little one with me who didn't make the full hour but will definitely be back. And they were so great with my daughter, they even gave her a little parting gift.

Go in an hour before your appointment and enjoy some delicious coffee and some of there yummy yet adorable toasts or lunches. They also have a tiny gift shop. You’ll want to experience the shop beforehand because once you’re in with the kitties you won’t want to leave.
