Contribuisci feedbackNow, moving on to the positives! We had the pleasure of dining at the chef's table, and I must say, the staff was exceptional. From the waitstaff, including Lazar and a lady named Ann, to the kitchen team, everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive. Three of the chefs—Gabrielle, Miguel, and Chris—stopped by our table to chat and explain the dishes we were served, which added a lovely personal touch. We truly enjoyed the experience and every dish we tried. I can assure you, no one with a normal appetite will leave feeling hungry. It was a fabulous and unforgettable experience! A big thank you to everyone who took care of us on October 5th.

The meal started with an amuse-bouche featuring a langoustine tartlet, Iberico ham atop an éclair, and pink pineapple. All of these were quite enjoyable, showcasing complex flavors and impressive presentation; they seemed to be staples on the menu and were among the best bites. For the first course, I had the cauliflower panna cotta with caviar. As a caviar lover, I was looking forward to this dish. While the cauliflower flavor was subtle, it allowed the caviar's taste to shine. The squid ink tuille didn’t add much flavor but provided a nice touch. Next came the hiramasa crudo on a carrot purée. I remembered loving this dish as I’m a big fan of seasonal crudo. The sauce was delicious, and I found myself wishing there was more, a sentiment that recurred throughout the meal. With the upgraded menu, we received both tautog and Chilean sea bass, with the tautog being the additional option. The tautog didn’t quite stand out enough to justify the upgrade; most people opt for the wagyu, and while it was good, it wasn’t anything extraordinary. The Chilean sea bass, on the other hand, was excellent—perfectly cooked with great sauce accompaniments. I can see why it’s a staple on the menu. Then we had the Rohan duck dish served with figs and balsamic. The duck was perfectly prepared, making it one of our favorite dishes of the night. However, we wished there had been a bit more on the plate! The lamb dish with blueberries was good too, but it felt like something you could find at most steakhouses or fine dining spots; it didn’t feel particularly elevated, similar to the tautog. Then came the A5 wagyu served with a beef fat hash brown. Naturally, this was delicious—it's wagyu, after all! While it was well-cooked and tasted great, I felt this dish could have been more thoughtfully prepared. Given the price point, I expected a bit more. It was served later in the meal, so most people are probably already full by that time. The cheese course followed, offering small portions, which was just about right at this stage of the meal. The cheeses were fantastic, and I wished they had been listed on the menu. I always enjoy a good cheese plate, and all the selections were served at the perfect temperature. After this, we moved on to their spectrum of chocolate, which was popular among Disney food blogs. While it was rich and tasty, we weren't overwhelmed by it; the chocolate candies somewhat dominated the dish, and there’s only so much of those candy chips one can consume. I wished the interior elements had been fleshed out a bit more. The mini pastries and candies were divine, showcasing the pastry kitchen's skills and a variety of techniques. There were chocolates, hard candies, and meringues. Additionally, I must mention the outstanding bread service at Victoria & Albert's. It offered another opportunity for the pastry team to shine, featuring a variety of housemade breads and butters. Service was impeccable. The staff worked cohesively, with no server managing more than two tables at once. They truly went above and beyond, answering questions and providing top-notch service—from offering slippers for the ladies in heels to sommelier-level wine recommendations. Their knowledge of food and beverages was exceptional, making it some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. While some of my feedback may seem critical, we dine out often. If you’re planning a visit to Victoria & Albert's for a special occasion and have never been before, you won’t be disappointed; it checks all the boxes. However, given the pricing, I expected a bit more elevation in the menu experience, which is a minor criticism. I would definitely return to try it again, although they don’t change the menu very often.
The decor is stunning, capturing a regal Victorian atmosphere in both the bathroom and dining area. Disney really pays attention to detail and does a fantastic job with it. Without a doubt, I would return again. My wife has some dietary restrictions, and even though her dishes required a few adjustments, everything she received was delicious. The servers were attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the menu, providing us with information about the sourcing and preparation of each dish. The only downside was that I found the food to be a bit salty overall, but my wife thought it was perfectly seasoned.
