Buffal Grill Orleans-olivet

The worse steaks we have ever had in France. Full of gristle and fat, cold and inedible. We have eaten in many of these Buffalo Grills around France over the years and found the food and service to be excellent. The service here was good but the food far from acceptable, please save your money and eat elsewhere.

Frankly, I can't imagine what the other reviewers here are on about. This was quite simply the best meal we have ever had at a chain restaurant. The food was done exactly to our requirements and the service was executed with a smile by the charming Veronique. It suited us down to the ground and was much better than the overpriced fare in the Novotel where we are staying. Will definitely return.

We have visited this restaurant twice now, once last year travelling to South France and again this week. On the first occasion the service was poor. Other people were being served before us when they had come to the restaurant after us. It felt a bit like the English were not really welcomed. We put this down to being a one off and tried again this week. The service was exactly the same and the staff were more interested in chatting to each other than serving us. The food was okay.
