Ordered a birthday cake 7 days in advance and it wasn’t made. Although the staff on site were apologetic and gave a discount on a different put of the box cake it doesn’t replace the fact that they didn’t make the ordered cake for a special birthday milestone.@owner the link provided doesn't take me to anywhere other than another page of links.

They are by far the best Dairy Queen in Ottawa for birthday cakes! They went above and beyond to make such a beautiful design for my son’s Super Mario themed birthday thank you so much!

Just waited 25 minutes for a cheeseburger meal. And I was the only one in line at the time.Counted 7 staff on duty. And they forgot items with the meal. I don’t usually write reviews but this is the 3rd time at this location where I wait a VERY long time for hot food.

I'm absolutely repulsed at the quantity of onion rings that was given to me $4.19 I have never taken the time to write a review on a restaurant. But I thought I would take the time to inform people that these people are criminals. 9 onion rings. Thieves
