We came here in an prise because we stared at nyc and had no time to go somewhere else. I had a basic vegan burrito that was just that: very basic. After reading the comments of others about cross-contamination, I thoroughly checked my burrito before I ate it for any meat or cheese that would have constricted. it passed the test. I don't know if I'd go back because there's a lot of tasty burritos out there.
I was here a lot. I am always anxious to places where they order in a line like this, because of the danger of contamination. for a restaurant that advertises “Vegan options” in large letters on their door, they are seriously lacking fully realized vegan options. they do not offer a vegan protein (except bean) and all vegan burritos are served cold. this time I got a bowl and found a piece of chicken in it. if they go to eat here, I would just get a bowl, not a pack, so they can see what they eat easier. I won't be here long, if ever.
Would not be recommended for vegans. many options, but so often I see meat or cheese bits swimming in the vegetables, begging, rice and on the boards they use to make the packs.
Cute spot, fast casual in the vein of Chipotle. The Cape has needed something like this for a while! Plenty of options for veg and vegan. I would say my salad was on the small side and the only protein option was beans, so that was a little disappointing.
