Google says they r open and they definitely aren't!

Mandy’s was totally fine and definitely worth finishing but taste was average, flavors weren’t particular creative and there are simply many better options, even very nearby.

Their location is a little tricky so maybe that's why the line was so short. I eat ice cream frequently, their ice cream was excellent.

What a hidden gem! Been coming to the cape since I was little and just tried Mandys for the first time yesterday. Party of 7 we got a few sundaes, a few samplers and a cone! Highly recommend the Pistachio it is the best I've had in years! We all agreed we will make Manaus a must stop in the future.
