I just wanted a hot chocolate. The line moved quickly, but when I got to the window, the computers stopped working. The kid at the window was great and very apologetic. Hot chocolate was great.
Exceptional, got my coffee in less than 30 seconds and they remembered all the special customization requests I asked for! Always fresh and clean!
You definitely have to check out the breakfast wraps.
We walked from our hotel. Went in the door and was told they are only open for mobile orders. There was no sign on the door or any other communication about mobile only. I downloaded the app, placed my order, waited and then was told they did not have half the flavors I ordered. Because I ordered via mobile, no refund was possible. I witnessed multiple people walk inside, get angry and leave because no employees were willing to take their order. I witness multiple people come inside saying their drive thru order was wrong. The place was complete chaos from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. After i settled for different flavors than what i ordered, they would not let us sit down to eat. The manager appeared to be to busy to take the time to understand the big picture problem they self inflicted on themselves by not having somebody taking customers orders inside and not having proper communication or signage on the doors.
