The food was outstanding! The new sourdough sandwich, which replaced the Big and Toasted, was absolutely delicious. Even my 7-year-old loved it—I only managed to eat about half of it, haha! We added cream cheese, which made it even tastier, though not the healthiest option. But everyone deserves a treat now and then. We also ordered four drinks, and each one was flavorful and perfectly made. The matcha green tea latte was especially delightful! I will definitely return to treat my family. The service was great; the gentleman who took our order was polite and efficient, and he even upsold us without being pushy. The young lady at the window was cheerful, too. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I'm from Canada, and my mom lives in Ormond. Today is her birthday, and I wanted to surprise her with something sweet from Uber Eats. I ordered a dozen donuts and two drinks for her, and I left a note asking if the staff could include a "Happy Birthday" message. They went ahead and did it, which was absolutely wonderful! My mom loved it so much. I actually visited this location myself last year, and I can't wait to go back. A huge thank you to the staff for making this special gesture happen!
