The thigh high chicken sandwich has it all toasted buttery bun, perfectly grilled chicken, grits, jalapeños, cheese, pickled red onions and slaw. The grits are amazing on their own. Wasn't huge fan of the spices in the slaw by itself, but works really well with the whole sandwich. Got their peach cobbler which was a nice light dessert. Look forward to trying the shrimp and grits and pulled pork.
Tried it today and honestly it's below average The meat was dry and the bread was clearly from Walmart So if u're hungry and it's the only option then it's ok but not worth the price
Delicious bbq pulled meats with Southern comfort blends. I am not familiar with a lot of restaurants in Volusia County But we stumbled upon a gem in the work parking lot how could you not not go? A bright turquoise food truck with Southern comfort food on your lunch break after a stressful day? That's totally a go. I tried a few different dishes at each one of us that quote: a hot mess, nachos, smoke Gouda Mac. I do not eat pulled pork but my coworker told me it was amazing. The pulled brisket nachos and the pulled brisket grits were to die for, both with barbecue sauce and yummy toppings. The owner mentioned that the meats are marinated for 26 hours! I love supporting local food trucks. It was that yummy southern bbq I was cravibg that really hit the spot.
