Contribuisci feedbackThe food at this restaurant was delicious. I almost gave it 5 stars, but the service was lacking. When I asked my server for a to-go order, she took my order and disappeared. I had to ask the hostess for to-go boxes, which never arrived. I had to ask another set of servers for them, and eventually got my boxes. They even had to search for my original server. A busser brought out my to-go order. Finally, when I went to pay, my server appeared to check me out at the front.
This location of First Watch gets busy during weekends and holidays, which is a testament to its good quality. However, they have made the process smooth with notifications co.ing to your mobile while waiting for a table. The food is good and waiting staff pleasant. Nothing to complain about.
Our server was Dagney. The food was delicious. I had the tomato basil soup which was served hot and very good, along with a half sandwich of roast beef and Havarti. My dining partner had the salmon omelet. I also tried their Purple Haze fresh juice. Everything was served at the perfect temperature and the prices were average. The atmosphere was not the best due to loud and intrusive music, but the decor was nice. The staff was friendly. Overall, we will definitely be going back soon.
We eat in and take out regularly. It's my favorite brunch spot because they have items on the menu that are inline with my dietary restrictions. We like how easy it is to place our order online at their website. When we arrive, they always have our food ready to go. We just walk in and our food is set on the side for us.
We had quite the experience there today. I?m thinking our server may have been having an off day or maybe it was her last day(? but she probably shouldn?t be in the service industry. She killed our experience and we will not be returning. It seemed the management didn?t care much to rectify her behavior towards us.
