Jerry Bob's Family - Oro Valley

Very busy on weekends for breakfast, so come early or later. Excellent service from staff and has the traditional counter for the solo traveler.

I work in the service industry and understand the importance of positive reviews. This review is less about my food (because thats always good) and more about my service. I had to kill time before doctors appointments on 11/29 so me and my 4 kiddos came to Jerry Bobs. My toddler was unusually fussy so I spent most of my time in and out of the building so she did not disturb other guests. But my server (Amanda) didn’t skip a beat. She delivered my older kiddo’s their food, checked on them, came out and checked on me, offered to let us move to another part of the store. She made me feel like it was okay that this flustering situation was happening, she was prompt and even had to take some extra trips for us since I ordered my food well after my children's. She refilled my drink between my toddler being calm enough to be inside, and even made me a togo soda pop without an ask, because she knew I wasn’t able to engage in lunch like we planned. I just wanted to ensure there was a way she could feel the gratitude back. I appreciate everything, Amanda! Thank you!

Great place with wonderful service. Leslie took care of us. The food came fast, delicious and hot!

The OroValley staff is fantastic The food is basic but service is exceptional

Standard breakfast joint. Not a whole ton of variety. Very friendly staff. Great for a Sunday brunch out!
