Very dissapointed you have discontinued your white hot chocolate... Was told at three different locations thru Ontario yesterday this. #sadday...

30 mins to get 1 coffee?! What happened to the express lane?

I like there French vanilla coffee best is bagels and cream cheese with strawberry jam my favourite.

SLOW! Then after waiting too long for a simple coffee, they got it wrong. Of course I'm back on the hwy when I discover this.Also, it's more expensive here than other Tim's locations because.......why?!?!

We waited 25 minutes in the drive thru today (1:20 or 1:30ish) and we were only the second car in the line. The people in front of us ended up knocking on the drive thru window to see what was going on. I was getting worried that something bad was happening in the store but when we got up to the window, the manager just seemed frazzled and was snapping at another employee (an older lady). The food was fine and the order was correct, but if I wasn't trapped by the wall and the curb, I would have left 15 minutes prior.
