Was told we had to hold our pepper and salt when we asked for him to just put it in the bag he stated they 'd forget it and shoved the salt pepper and ketchup back at us. Not that holding pepper and salt is a hard thing to do the bag with our food in it would have sufficed and could not have been forgotten. This Culver 's is usually great and I get the opposite experience, seems there is mutiny amongst the ranks.I recently visited Culver 's and was left disappointed with my customer service experience. Despite being greeted promptly upon entering the restaurant, I had to wait for over 15 minutes for someone to take my order. When I finally did place my order, the staff member seemed uninterested and rushed through the process. The food took even longer to arrive, and when it did, it was not prepared correctly. I had to ask multiple times for ketchup and mustard, which were never brought to me. Overall, my experience at Culver 's was frustrating and left much to be desired.

Went on sept 3rd, and Tyler has got to be one of the youngest and most professional and courteous employees I have ever the pleasure to associate with while placing my order. Give that kid a raise! He is exceptional! Traits hard to find in kids today. Keep up the good work young man.

Consistently, they've put mayonnaise on my spicy chicken sandwich, I have no idea why this location does it when others don't, but I absolutely despise mayonnaise, to the point where I end up tossing the sandwich instead of eating it cause it's been ruined. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
