Jake's Burgers More - Oroville

Jake's Burgers and More is a great, family friendly diner style eatery that we love. Highly recommend any of the burgers and my breakfast favorite biscuits and gravy. No one makes B&G like Jake's!!

Super garlic fries. Seasoned fries loaded with fresh garlic. If you aren't a huge fan of garlic, don't order them. Steak sandwich pretty delicious too.

The order said it would be ready in 30 minutes and it took a total of 2 hours waiting inside for the order to be done. Then they were out of milkshakes and had to refund them.

The burger is good, BUT i dont order Jakes that often because the last 2 times, and this time makes a THIRD, the bacon I paid for was NOT on my burger. this order was even worse because the cheese I paid for was NOT on my burger either! And the staff need customer service training

Gave me garlic fries instead of Seasoned Fries . Didn't give me a single fry Secret Sauce that Iasked for. 4 of the smallest chicken Chicken Strips (4) I've ever seen., so small they could have been McDonald's chicken nuggets. Very disappointed.
