The chefs are quite inexperienced! Cooking a burger isn't difficult, yet they somehow manage to mess it up.

My OpenTable booking was not on their system. I don't know if the opentables or frankies problem is. they were nice and put us in. the waiter was attentive and took our order quickly. I ordered a paprikacal zone and actually got a mac and cheese calzone. the water and the manager were very apologetic, and ordered me a replacement, and gave a free bowl with pommes. although the ersatz was also wrong, I think it is hard to say from outside. Anyway, eating was good, and the Oreo milkshake was great. I would recommend it.

My OpenTable reservation was not found in their system, but I'm not sure whether it was an issue with OpenTable or Frankies. Fortunately, the staff was friendly and accommodated us. The waiter was attentive and took our order promptly. I ordered a paprika calzone but received a mac and cheese calzone instead. The waiter and manager were very apologetic, offered to replace it, and even brought us a complimentary bowl of fries. Although the replacement was also incorrect, it's hard to judge the situation from the outside. Overall, the food was good, and the Oreo milkshake was fantastic. I would recommend this place.
