Subway - Orting

Ordered over the app and apparently the store had an internet issue when I went to pick up the order. The girl was so rude turning me away because she wasn’t clear on what the issue was. First it was an app issue then it became a POS issue when I asked to place the order as a walk in customer. I asked about a refund and she told me to do it over the app. There is no way to request a refund on the app. After calling the store for help on the refund, they said the ticket spit out and meal was ready. No manager over the weekend to help with a refund or to help with anything. Rude employees almost every time I go to the Orting location

Very sweet staff! Always treat my son so nicely when he comes in! They all know his order! Thank you for your professionalism!!!!

I'm giving this location a 3 because they don't take coupons. The young women who were working did not know why they don't take coupons, just that they don't. Other than that, my sandwich was fine and the restaurant was clean and tidy and my table had a nice view of Mt. Rainier.

The only local subway no longer accept the subway coupons that come in the local mail. They don’t tell you tell after your order is ready. $17 turns into $50 and then they expect a tip. Never going here again.

I just had the worst sandwich of my life. They need better employees. I realize most are young but they don’t seem to have any pride in their job at all.
