The server was not friendly AT ALL. Food was decent, but if you get fries you should get the crinkle cut and not the house fries. We were on lane 2 and it was not working properly at all, pins falling over all over the place before the ball was even rolling, the machine knocked over all the pins between each roll so the scoring was completely off. We told this to the server and she said that the lane we were on was the best working lane I am so confused on how they can charge people for this, or much less have a league and tournaments there when it is not functioning not even a sign or warning from staff that it was not working properly beforehand. Just kindof sketchy. Arcade games are all shut off, no music...... Awkward experience tbh do not recommend and would not come here again unfortunately. 3 lanes got close in 1hr of playing and every arcade game did not work

I ordered a chicken sandwich. It says on the menu it comes with lettuce tomato and mayo. I got just a slab of chicken on a bun with mayo. I did not get my extra side of mayo either. How hard is it to make a chicken sandwich. Very disgusted with them

They were not prepared for my niece's birthday party and claimed they had no record of a reservation. Two out of three employees were accommodating and extremely helpful, but the manager was rude and almost hostile towards my family and party guests.
