I really miss the days when I could walk in and have a fresh sandwich made right in front of me. Now, they're directing customers to a cooler filled with pre-made sandwiches. I picked one up today, and to my disappointment, one of the slices of bread was actually a heel. It was hidden in such a way that I couldn't tell from the outside of the package. Really frustrating!

Never have hardly any food made and in the warmer. Last time I ordered a pizza and other things using the app, they messed my order completely up, haven't ordered a pizza since, and also everytime I go in there doesn't matter what time of day, they never have any sweet tea made up. Everytime I get a craving for it I go there to get one and it's always empty

Called for to see if there was any breakfast burritos before I made the drive to pick up and was told there are no more. I asked to see if I could get some made since I live some time out of the town and was told none could be made. At 6:30 in the morning there are no breakfast burritos to be made. Makes since ya know not to have breakfast items during breakfast. On a side note I have ordered a sub through the app one morning since I work nights and was made completely wrong. Had to return to the store to get it made correctly. Was told multiple times by the cook that she doesn’t make subs and that she doesn’t know how to make subs. I wasn’t upset about it because I understand mistakes can be made. But why is that an option for me to order if the cooks don’t know how to make it. If ya want gas and a soda it’s a fine a good place but if you want anything made by the cooks don’t waste your time.

Called an order on for pizza. They never wrote it down or made it. No one knows what they are doing.

The afternoon and evening staff are typically cheerful, relaxed, and efficient. However, the morning staff member tends to be quite slow and appears negative most of the time, often expressing frustration about his job, a coworker, or how difficult his mornings are.
