Cosy cellar bar with a wide selection of whisky, both Japanese and international styles. The owner is very gracious for tourists, friendly and charming, and made us feel like we would visit a friend! Very recommended

Stunned to this bar on site to my hotel and was pleasantly surprised with the selection of whisky behind the bar. Many whiskys are no longer available. While it is a little expensive, it is understandable if you want to try the upper shelf and rare selection. Behind the bar was a master bartender Eiji. He was a true master, very friendly and had a good sense of humor. Will definitely recommend its bar.

Best Scotch Bar in the whole region of Kansai. Its selection is incredible and the prices are exceptionally good. We went to some others who also have a large selection, but his is better. Neither one of them has a serious owner like Eijisan. He also has a menu of classic cocktails and writes on cocktail history, so he knows his stuff.

Just one of the coolest bars I've ever been. Eiji, the owner, has an incredibly impressive whisky collection and a delicious house mixed Scotch. The cocktails are also delicious, especially the original recipe Matcha Cocktail. All away from prices are very reasonable, and the atmosphere is great.

Eiji the owner is what makes this bar so special. Besides having one of the best selections of Japanese Whisky we saw while in Japan, he such a gentleman of a bartender who genuinely enjoys hosting people at his bar. Felt like we left not only buzzed from the awesome whisky flights, but with a new friend as well!
