Foul food, foul customer service, man was mad I asked why a plain slice was so much it’s not even a big NY like slice, he very snappy, like sir calm down ? FRIENDLYs BROOKLYN style right down the street and way better ? ?

Terrible customer service, for a small pie half cheese half veggie they wanted to double charge me. They got so upset with me for asking why, they yelled at me and hung up on me. It was simple question. Why was I being over charged for a small pizza. They are always short staff and very rude. Too bad because they make pretty good pizza.

Would have received all 5 stars but no free refills on fountain sodas, not even one dropped it for my girlfriend. Food is really highly rated and staff was very friendly.

When you actually get a chance to order on the phone this mom and pop pizza shop is actually pretty good pizza. Just wished they got better with answering their phones or do a bit more electronic ordering to help ease the ordering volume. I remember they had a younger guy collecting food orders and he was extremely friendly, quick and attentive. Now unfortunately the wife of the owner had started to take orders and I felt it had gone downhill from there and I sorta stopped coming here because of that. Parking: Spaces are very limited, the pizzeria is located in a small shopping strip next to a small grocery store.
