Bad experience over the phone. And when I went to pick my order up after they said 5 minutes. The woman was rude and said it wasn't ready. I could have waited with no problem. But the her being rude was terrible. And when I left with my food, and got back to work, it was wrong.

Got a steak burrito suppose to be large and very small. Steak was tougher than beef jerky waitress saw me trying to eat it and I told her about it asked to replace it another waitress came up to me saying I would still have to pay for the first plate that I only took one bite from worsted service I have ever seen. They started hollering at me and telling me not to hollar at them when I was just standing there. Owner has now banned co workers and myself from the place since I refused to eat or pay for something I did not even eat. Lousy food and worst service.

Well yesterday I was excited to visit this restaurant! I read many great reviews and I invited a few family and friends out for a good dinner. Well from the moment we sat down it was nothing like I expected! I have waitressed before so I always keep in mind how it can be overwhelming but my waitress was lacking everything! Everyone at my table ordered margaritas and fajitas. 20 minutes later after ordering our drinks and still didnt have them while waiting for our waitress to come back and take our food order we noticed the family that was seated after us has already received both they're drinks and meals. It made us a little upset that we still we're sitting at a empty table. After recieving the drinks she forgot to dip the rims in sugar.. when our food finally arrived I simply asked for pickled jalapenos not fresh and no guacamole. She failed to mention before bringing me my plate they were out of pickled jalapenos so she took it amongst herself and told the cooks to use fresh jalapenos anyways. Another plate was supposed to be without sour cream and guacamole and came with both. She forgot the shells and only brought us the meat to the fajitas had to wait to find her to ask for the shells by then the meat was cold. My whole experience was bad I must have went on a bad night! After spending $100 plus for our dinner and it was a disaster she showed no remorse didn't offer any discounts. I hope everyone else has a better experience than I did!! I won't be going back here!
