Subway - Osceola

Asked for onions toasted with my sandwich. She said ok and didn't do it. Out of fresh mozzarella, out of green peppers, and when I looked at the lettuce it was all slimy and rotten. So much for eat fresh. Do better SUBWAY. Also lady's both seem like theymight be on dope/crystal... But I'm no expert

The Subway location closes before 8 PM, which makes it impossible to get anything from them. It seems like there’s a lack of staff willing to work.

On Saturday, February 26th at 2:25 PM, I encountered an unpleasant experience while trying to order. The staff member with blonde hair was very unfriendly, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. I wasn’t sure what her problem was; I simply wanted to order a sandwich.

Google kept pestering for an update since I stop in the Pilot pretty regularly. I haven't eaten here in some time just by lack of convenience. Everything was fresh and delicious. Fountain drink was a little underwhelming in flavor. Staff was friendly.However, when I arrived at the counter, two of the employees were just chatting away outside the office. One of the ladies sawme standing there and they continued chatting about the schedule or something along those lines for a good 3 to 5 minutes whileI stood there waiting.

The restaurant was clean and had a safe environment. The staff were professional and attentive to the needs of customers, especially regarding food preferences. I want to commend a gentleman who served me; he was not only intelligent and nice but also professional—qualities that are quite rare to find. As a truck driver visiting various locations, I truly appreciate his efforts. Thank you very much for taking care of my sandwiches and dietary needs!
