Justice Burgers - Oshawa

There are a lot of selections, but they dont have much flavorStaff qas great, friendly and knowledge able about the different burgers.

EhI wouldn't rush back Came here Saturday for lunch and it was empty Ordered three burgers and two fries, took ten minutes to come.

Underwhelmed by their burgers. Was really looking forward to this place as I've tried quite a few burger joints around here.

Finally got around to trying this burger joint. It's not cheap, but it was worth it. They tasted like real burgers! Had the BBQ Bailout and Felony fries. Looks like I found my new indulgent burger spot.

Ive been a weekly customer for the past 6 months - this is our unhealthy treat each week. I love the veggie burger and pretzel buns. However Ive had problems with service 3 weeks now and counting. I sent an email in and management didnt even acknowledge it. Week 1 - paid for extra toppings. Didnt receive them. Week 2 - ordered the bbq cheese fries, which I get every week. The guy just drizzled a little sauce on top. Every other week they mix it. He said only one guy mixes it and they dont normally. I had it that way every week for a month...not sure if that guy was lazy, recipes arent consistent, or if the standard recipe is just crappy - not going to pay $4.50 for a drizzle of sauce on fries and why it would be made any differently than the felony fries. That week I also ordered 2 burgers with avacado. got to the car..no avacado, just guac on both. Not the same. Took them back and a new guy had entered and said the other guy should have told me they were out. He acknowledged he didnt tell me and thought it wouldnt matter. Yes when Im paying $35 for 2 meals I want them made how I ordered.I dont like the guac and ended up scraping it off because I didnt have time to wait for a different burher. This week I tried calling an order in since it usually takes a while to make and I was in a hurry. I was told they didnt take orders on the phone. I could have dictated my order in 30 seconds but was told I had to get an app. Im in a rush...I dont want to download an app, fill in a bunch of fields and sign up. I just want my dinner. We went elsewhere tonight and will revert to our old burger joint in the future(they take phone orders). The care they put into the food and service is no longer there. 3 strikes. So disappointed.
