Terrible customer service. I gave this restaurant a third and final chance. I called to inquire about the wait time, and the woman on the line told me it would be 40 minutes. I said I would call back to confirm. When I called back just 30 seconds later, she changed the wait time to an hour. I asked why the time had increased by 20 minutes in such a short period, and she explained it was due to two catering orders. She then asked what the difference was between 40 minutes and an hour. Seriously? Does she not value customers' time? You're asking a customer to wait an additional 20 minutes! Then she actually hung up on me. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will never return to this restaurant and certainly won't recommend it to anyone.

I was walking by and decided to turn around, and it was absolutely worth it! This place is an authentic and renowned kebab spot. I'll definitely keep it in mind for my next visit!

Yesterday, we visited the restaurant and ordered one bhatura thali and one luchi thali. Both were delicious, and their halwa was incredibly mouthwatering. I will definitely be returning again and again, insha'Allah!
