Pizzaville - Oshawa

Pizzaville has been around for a while but I am just re-discoveriing them. This is GOOD pizza!! Love the hot soppressata topping!! Vegetables such as mushrooms and tomatoes are fresh and generous. Sauce is awesome, it makes the pizza!

The pizza is good but I love the deep fried panzerottis to be honest. they're hard to find unless baked. the wings are good too. they have a choice of crispy type coated wings or marinated without and of course sauce of your choice. I'm always disappointed if wings don't have coating on them so I like having a choice. at the end of the order u also usually get offered free pop. but could change in time. Also...I have a weakness for those yummy lil cakes they have..not home made but sooo good..caramilk and dairymilk...taste like choc cake, with mousse filling and dark choc on top. ohh and a piece of choc bar. We order online and if u make so many orders u get a free pizza...always comes in good timing too.

We ordered the garlic knots and received them beyond under cooked, so we called and told them what happened. They offered to send us a new batch and we said yes. 40 minutes later we receive the new ones, burnt. Waste of money, bad customer service and wasn't that good. Won't be returning!

Reliable, great pizza. The food is always great, the sauce is perfect & the pizza is always done right. This isn't a fancy place, the people may not be Italian, but they've nailed the recipe & cooking down to a science.

We used to get pizza every Friday from the Oshawa location for years. One week we missed our usual night so we ordered it on a Sunday instead. The usual kitchen crew wasn't there, so different staff took our order and made the pizza. When we got it home we realized that there was a mistake with the toppings, so we called Pizzaville to let them know. They apologized and told us our next one would be free. The following Friday we called in our usual order and when my husband went in to pick it up, he was met by a very hostile owner who yelled at him that he didn't make a mistake and to never come back into the store again. We weren't expecting an apology, but definitely weren't expecting this kind of over-reaction! Needless to say, we have never been back. Worst customer service experience ever!
