Algoma Club - Oshkosh

Great place downtown above restaurant and shops on main street for seeing local bands or going to or hosting an event or party. Love the little details in the wood moldings and floors and stained glass and that they 've kept the vintage looks of this older building that contribute to an atmosphere of uniqueness. Most places are rushing to modernize and make everything look simple and cookie cutter, its beautiful to spend time in a place that embraces the history they 're working with instead of stripping it down. Not a lot of bathrooms/stalls in it, but it was very clean and well kept up. The bar area is a bit cramped and narrow, but it 's history as a discrete speakeasy in an now alcohol heavy town makes it seem charming. My friends and I have had a great time here for concerts and birthday/anniversary parties and excited to go back for more. *Steep flight of stairs to get up there though with no elevators so maybe not ADA compliant

We used the Algoma Club for our rehearsal dinner and had a lovely experience. The planning was easy, they were conscientious about our allergy needs, and the night was great. We used the Oshkosh room and the bar. The food was yummy! Would recommend.

The historic look of this hall and private bar for our guests was amazing! Marlo and his staff were all professional and great to work with even with the changes that had to be made due to COVID. Ver reasonably priced and they were very timely getting things setup and assisting with all the take down. 5 stars, our wedding was beautiful!
