Very disappointing lunch. I had the hot chicken, and friends had hot roast beef sandwich and baked potato bacon soup. Very small portions on hot sandwiches, and I am not a big eater. The chicken was ok but a bit salty. Sampled my friend's soup and it was very gloppy and pasty-tasting. Servers were not really friendly; everyone seemed overworked, but I know its hard to find help. Baked good were great!!
First time stopping by recently, such a cool spot. You 'd never imagine it to look the way it looks on the inside just by looking at it from the outside. Has, ice cream, coffee, cookies, sweets, popcorn, giftshop, café lounge area, great for students in the UWO area. My bagel sandwich unfortunately was just okay and my coffee did not taste... the way I expected it to taste. When I asked for half and half in my coffee... the barista asked.. of what? , so that threw me off a bit. Other than that, I 'd have to give this place another go one of these days to re-review my review.
The gluten-free bread is a bun but it holds the meat inside the sandwich so it worked for me. I wish it were a little bigger or that the cup of fruit as an added $1.50 was a little bigger (why is a $1.50 bag of chips free but if I skip the chips I 'm charged $1.50? . Cute shop and the snacks look delish (none of those are GF so I didn 't eat any
BEST COOKIES EVER!!! I'm serious...so many to choose from. Girl that helped me was very patient...It was hard to choose! Nice cafe drinks, most of their choices on menu, food or drink wise, are a bit different than what you normally find around, so it was a nice change to try something different! Oh, popcorn variety was amazing too.
