Mcdonald's - Oshkosh

I had to change my 1-star review to a 5-star because they finally brought back bagels! Life is good!

I was on a business trip and needed a quick bite to eat. The drive was fast and my hot.

It's McDonald's reliable fast food you expect. The order in the store Kiosk takes a little attention, but then I usually go through the drive.

Had a good experience eating was hot and fresh. I can say that they were short employees, but the girl worked the drive-thru and running and getting the orders was a great job and I could say that she gave everything. Rate the great service.

I had a mobile order that I picked up through the drive thru on 10/18/22 at around 4:30PM. The food was good, fresh, and hot. The reason I’m writing this review is because of the customer service I received. The boy working at the second window (the one where they give you your food) was so sweet. He greeted me with a big smile and lots of personality. It was so refreshing, and it made my entire day. Not only was he super kind, but he also went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct. I wish I had caught his name so that he could get the recognition he deserves! I really hope he reads this one day because I’d love for him to know how much his kindness impacted me in the short interaction we had!
