Panera Bread - Oshkosh

I always live going to Panera, food is awesome. I do muss the bbq chicken salad, need to get that back. One of your cashier's was very rude and crude to me and my daughter's yesterday when we came in. She was very rushed and very snooty to us. Her name was Laura and I hope you do something about this.

I love their tomato soup, coffees and pastries. I visit often.

We had an excellent experience at this Panera! They went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed and even gave me some extra bread when I realized I hadn 't made the right choice when placing my order. Ariel (the manager I think? was super friendly and helpful want to give her extra props. Thank you for feeding my kids and making our road trip much more tolerable ; The reason I didn 't give 5 stars is because the store itself felt a little less 'pristine ' than other Paneras I 've been to. Some trash on the floor and just wasn 't sparkling. But other than that everything was amazing.
