You begin with drinks, followed by dinner rolls, then you can choose between soup or tomato juice. Next is the salad, and then comes your entrée along with a side. The photos don't reflect the actual size of the three steaks; they were at least two inches thick! I had the Roxy Cut, which is 22 oz, and it was fantastic. I also ordered the veal Oscar, and I received two generous pieces of veal topped with a generous amount of Oscar topping.
My favorite spot for Old Fashioneds, but not this time.
The breakfast I had wasn't the best I've experienced, but I believe it primarily comes down to the texture. I ordered a taco skillet and found the meat to be a bit greasier than I prefer. While the food was decent, it felt somewhat mushy for my liking. I see a lot of potential, though, and I think I'll try a dinner option next time. The service was excellent, however!
I waited a long time to dine here. The French onion soup was divine and the rest of my meal was just as good. It was paired with an old fashioned. I only wish I had had room for dessert!
Very nice place for dinner and a cocktail. Fully stocked bar and food is top notch. The servers and staff are welcoming and attentive to all your needs. Took my grandma and had a great time. The atmosphere gives off an Italian cozy restaurant, very charming! Recommend the scallop stir fry, French dip and of course their cheese curds made with sharp white cheddar. The best cheese curds in Wisconsin some say! The old brick building, cozy booths and cocktails are the perfect combination for a great dinner.
