The only 2 vegan options were tomato soup or they could make a salad. The salad proved quite plain (letters, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, chickpeas) and hardly dressing.
It turned out that she served only a vegan salad. I'm not a salad fan, but hungry enough and a good change to some excellent vegan burgers and pizzas I had in other places in Norway. This salad was literally only salad. I appreciate taste enough for a rabbit, but I prefer something with dressing, nuts, raisins, whatever. Nothing. Only mixed salad. At 25 euros. Not worth mentioning on Happy Cow.
