New Anarkali - Oslo Norge

We have been here many times before, and it has never been a bad choice. The staff is super friendly, it looks like any proper family restaurant in Mumbai (only brighter) and the food is proper Indian food without any adjustments apart from maybe the spice level if you ask to have it turned down.

Very bad service. They gave me the wrong order TWICE and no compensation. The second time they just acted like i was the crazy one. Would not recommend this place.

Perfect for a big group. There were 15 of us and the delicious food arrived quickly. The staff were very kind and helpful. 10/10

New Anarkali is a cosy place with good food. The drawback is the service. I have been there three times the last two years, and every time, the service is at best negligent, at worst directly aggressive. The waiters ignore you if you´re not sitting at their table, when you sit down, you don´t get water, menu or a friendly smile. No free papadums and practically no attention until you order. There are so many other nice Indian restaurants with better service in Oslo, avoid this one.
