We had lunch here, food was good but we have had better. It feels quite expensive considering it's quite a basic restaurant.
I do not live in Oslo, but visit Oslo a few times a year. I always try to go to Lille Saigon. It is a place with wonderful Vietnamese food at a low price. The interior is cheap, old and worn but it gives the place a certain charm. The service is friendly and fast (but somewhat lacking in language skills, but that is ok.
I'd rate it as 4.5. The four would come for the staff, but I could give the food 10. We went there for the first time yesterday and the next day we went back what never happened to us. I recommend pho nr10 and number 19. Food is extremely fresh and you feel refreshed after eating. Also one thing I recommend when you try something new is Vietnamese Egg Soda, it may sound strange at first, but I think it's better than Eggnog
Little Saigon brings the best Vietnamese food on the table of central Oslo. Many and diferent types of food to try. Service with a smile. Total recommended
