Ordered fresh spring rolls and came with 3 shrimps in it, very empty, deep fried chicken leg, was impossible to eat, drie burned , and when I send it back I got to hear that : sorry you didn’t like the way we make it, I mean you serving food that I would not give it to my dog , chicken was old. Or twice fried. It came so fast. And when I said that I understand how deep fried chicken should taste or look, I was talked loud in Asian language (service people). This place use to be good before, now they just bad and saving money.
My family and I recently had lunch at this traditional Vietnamese restaurant and were delighted with the dishes served. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the food we enjoyed. The service was a bit formal and not overly friendly, and the decor felt a bit old-fashioned. However, I can see that the restaurant prioritizes the food over aesthetics, which is commendable. A modest update to the interior would be beneficial.
This place would be deemed inferior in paris and new york. its adequate here in oslo. edible . mostly uninteresting with a large dose of cornstarch. spring rolls well assembled and pleasing to the eye which make little impression on the palate. no coriander. no heat. ive had worse. i cannot help but think the rave reviews are from folks whove never eaten really good vietnamese fare.
Very good! Fresh and full of flavor. Simple place and fast service. Authentic food and menu. Big menu also! Been eating here for years!
