Mehfel - Oslo

Great food, easy to stay gf with help of server. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Who goes to Oslo for Pakistani food? Anyone who enjoys new things with a bit of spice.

Delicious Pakistani cuisine. Staff was very knowledgeable and the menu is in english, clearly indicated which dishes have which allergens.

Looking for an Indian restaurant we came across this place. At first we dismissed it but fate must have it that we had to come here. And am I glad we did. The food was absolutely amazing. Being of Indian origin we like our flavours and spice. Thinking we’d want it ready spicy we were advised that level three is Indian spicy so we took the advice and were not disappointed. Go here for good quality and fair priced Indian food with good flavours. The staff are attentive. The bathroom is large and very clean. Outside seating available to those who like to go Al fresco.

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at Mehfel while visiting Oslo. We lived in India for 5 years and love Indian food, and we found the food here to be as good as any we had there. We also appreciate the warm, refined and elegant service. Very highly recommended.

Lovely selection of food here. I enjoyed the curry, rice, papadums and naan, but I was not a fan of the relish condiments that were provided. I liked the raita. The staff are lovely and attentive. They were so kind. I would recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for Indian food on Oslo.
