Poncho Nation is a chain of restaurants of Swedish origin, where you can order food by app. Your quirky and fun interior design transports you to cirkuslife a la 1930's. And the staff is dressed in uniforms that remind you of a circus ringmaster. The bathrooms even have sound clips that are activated when you enter for a funny little story while you are here The concept are tapas. But no ordinary tapas! You have made ordinary food in miniature dishes suitable for tapas! The ingredients and quality of the food are top notches. There are only a few dishes in Pinchos where I was actually disappointed. Second time visiting. Good to try once. But won't be returning. 2/5 stars. —First impression— Popcorn everywhere. Messy. Friendly staff. —Drinks— Tastes good, but they really need to invest in a better icecubes machine. The icecubes always come 30% melted. —Food— Disappointing. We ordered 8 different dishes. They tasted either bland or too much of something. The gnocchi that supposedly comes straight out of the oven, were lukewarm. —Service— Staff was friendly. But you do everything yourself via the app. The only contact you have with the staff is when you enter the restaurant. —Last thoughts— THE TOILETS WERE DISGUSTING. Paper everywhere. Good concept. Food seemed interesting. Shame it didn't taste good. Still haven't decided if I like the whole do it yourself app-concept. I like to be able to ask for recommendations and let the staff know if there were any mistakes made. Regretted that we ordered 8 dishes at once. We could've spend our money on something else.

This is one of the most disappointing restaurants in Oslo. If you like tasteless and bland food, this is the spot. We ordered 12 different dishes, and every single one was very bland. It's not worth the trip or the money.
